ARP Metal Box

Air Raid Precautions (ARP) was an organisation in the United Kingdom set up in 1937 dedicated to the protection of civilians from the danger of air raids. It included the Raid Wardens’ Service that was to report on bombing incidents.  This original metal box was used by the ARP as a First Aid box during the late 30’s, early 40’s.  In great condition, it once would have held first aid product.  Re-purpose today in the home as a both practical and decorative handy storage box.
