Pair of English Leather Club Chairs

These original English leather club chairs date to the early 1940s and were reclaimed from a family home in a small village just outside of Lincoln, where they have literally taken pride and place since they were purchased back in the 40s. In good condition for their age and of art deco shape & style, they have a beautifully aged and time-worn patina to the leather (it is nicely worn all over; just the right amount of wear for these original chairs). With a single loose velvet upholstered cushion (fine as is or can be easily upholstered with a fabric of your choice), spring based seat, solid construction and set on 4 castors, this pair of chairs are seriously comfortable and the epitome of an effortless design classic.
