A splendid, turn of the 20th Century, English antique walnut gentleman’s compactum press of large proportions. Superb condition, with stunning walnut timbers, this press consists of 6 drawers (2 over 4 configuration) all with original brass hardware, & 2 cupboards each revealing 4 pull out shelves above a single deep drawer. Dating from the very end of the Victorian era, this is the epitome of English upper-class house style of the period. Excellent storage within a bedroom or walk-in. Easily dismantled for ease of transport.
