English Tram Bench
Reclaimed from the small village of Tupton in North East Derbyshire, England, this original English tram bench dates to the 1920s/30s. Constructed from pitch pine timbers and cast iron legs and back supports, this bench is in great, solid condition. Once used as seating on an actual tram vehicle, the back rest is designed to be moveable (front to back). Re-purpose today as a bench to run alongside a dining table, in a hallway, on a verandah or in a mudroom perhaps.
