Home Counties English Military Leather Trunk
Originally used within the Home Counties Regiment of the British Army, this original leather traveling trunk is magnificent. Formally the property of Ian McDonald, a high-ranking officer, for the storage and transportation of his personal possessions, it dates to the 1940/50s. Restored to near perfect condition fully re-lined in a navy drill fabric. Today this trunk is perfect re-purposed as a coffee or bedside table. Both practical and decorative, this highly desirable leather trunk is covetable piece of furniture.
