Painted French Armoire

Dating to the mid 1800s this original French armoire has had a modern update. Made from chestnut timbers, the exterior has been lightly painted in its former life, showing areas of wear and distressing (all very pleasing to the eye). Of medium proportions, this solid armoire would suit a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. With the original lock & key plus an internal shelf and small drawer, it makes for a truly beautiful decorative & practical piece of French furniture. Great condition.
