Smiths Sectric Wall Clock
Original Smiths Sectric wall clock of small proportions. Re-claimed from England and dating to the 1930/40s, it would once have served as office clocks within perhaps a government clerical building, a railway station even a school. Professionally restored and converted to a high-quality American battery quartz movement (so much easier for keeping time these days), it is in excellent working order. With a relatively clean clock face, the Bakelite clock surround has been painted black at some stage in it’s life (making it a little more striking and definitive), it is in good condition with no visible chips. A great industrial find that is both practical and decorative.
