Acelec Sydney Bakelite Wall Clock

Original Acelec, Sydney wall clock of small proportions.  Re-claimed from an office in Melbourne and dating to the late 1940s, early 50s, it would once have served as office clock within perhaps a government clerical building, a school or private business.  Professionally restored and converted to a high-quality American battery quartz movement (so much easier for keeping time these days), it is in excellent working order.  With a clean clock face, the Bakelite clock surround is in excellent condition with no visible chips.  A great industrial find that is both practical and decorative.
