This original antique, early 20th century Chesterfield settee is a superb find, one that you never come across for years and years, and then you find one! This sofa is just about as timeless as you could ever hope to find in terms of the lines, look, feel and model. A fully buttoned, traditional tufted model with pleated leather on the arms, seat & back-rest. With a wonderful aged patina to the leather it has all original marks and wear as you would expect based on the age and fair use of this settee. Seating 3, this design classic has a solid construction to the frame. With repairs to the leather (it is approx 100 years old) they do not distract, but only add to the charm of this handsome design classic.
