19th Century English pine linen press, circa 1880/1890s. In superb condition this antique linen press consists of 2 parts; the top section with a fixed pediment, 2 paneled doors (with the original lock & key) opening up to 5 original full width, fine fitted sliding/removable trays. The lower section consists of 5 drawers (2 over 3), all of which are graduating in depth and have the original metal hardware on the drawers. In superb condition, this stunning linen press offers ample storage space for linens, clothes & towels and would make a rather splendid addition to an interior. With beautiful age & hues to the English pine timbers, this piece should not be overlooked. Excellent condition, solid construction, standing at 2 metres high, with a width of 118cm.
