Antique Gilt Framed Mantle Mirror

Newly released in-store & on-line dating to the late 19th century, circa 1890, this French gilt framed mantle mirror stands at just over 1.3metres in height.  With a painted gold frame, decorative floral pattern and beading the mirror frame shows obvious age & wear which all add to the beautiful character.  The mirrored glass has been replaced at some point over the approx. 30-40 years and is in good condition.  Ready to hang, which room would you display this French antique in?
