An antique Parisian postal pigeon hole, circa late 1800s. Originally attached to a building wall, it was swung closed on an evening to be locked securely, then re-opened the next day. Made from solid French oak timbers, it has the original French arrondissement / district labels on many of the postal mail slots. With 68 individual pigeon hole slots, all of which will easily store single bottles of wine, and the two lower shelf spaces that will easily accommodate 8 bottles per shelf. Re-purpose today as the perfect wine storage unit within the home, restaurant/bar etc. Excellent condition, solid construction. A rare find that you will literally never find again!
