Australian Antique Cedar Chest of Drawers

Just arrived and newly re-stored by Quintessential duckeggBLUE, this antique Australian cedar chest of drawers is all kinds of wonderful.  Of smaller proportions with a highly attractive drawer configuration, they date to the mid half of the 19th century, circa 1855.  Of excellent quality they comprise of an arrangement of 4 drawers (2 over 2 full length), with the top 2 drawers similar in depth to traditional hat drawers, all of which run very smoothly. With all the original turned handles and stood on 4 original turned feet, this set of Australian cedar drawers stand at 102cm in height, with a width of 92cm and offer great storage space.  In excellent condition, and with the most beautiful patina and hues to the cedar timbers, these quality drawers offer an abundance of charm & character.
