Australian Meat Safe

Dating to the early 1930s, this Australian Meat Safe is a great find. Made from kauri pine timbers and with the original metal mesh panel doors & sides, this original piece of Australian kitchenalia was once used for the storage of meat and other foods pre ice-boxes and fridges. With a gallery back rest (making the top surface perfect for displaying and storing), it has an internal shelf behind the double door front.

Re-purpose today as a handy storage space within your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (great for linens and folded clothes), even for the storage of your wine collection!
