A large early 20th century English baker’s rack of impressive quality.  With a riveted strap-iron frame and raised on large cast iron castors, the rack houses twelve removable pine trays, each stamped with G Jones of Ludlow.  Originally used for rising of bread dough and to transport the newly baked bread.  Re-purpose today as an impressive storage unit within the home interior, or as a show piece within a café or restaurant.
