Colonial Cedar Bookcase

Dating to approx. 1850, this Australian cedar bookcase is a beautiful and practical example of colonial cedar furniture.  With original glazed panels and 4 adjustable shelves in the upper section, and the lower with 2 drawers above a generous two door arched paneled cupboard with a single internal adjustable shelf and carved corbels as decoration.  In good solid condition, this colonial glazed bookcase boasts beautifully grained cedar with an original, pleasant faded finish.
