French Leather Club Chair

Having just arrived in-store from our latest shipment, this original single French leather club chair dates to the late 1930s, early 1940s.  Of medium proportions, it was reclaimed from the North-West of France in a small town close to the border of Belgium.  Of solid construction to the frame, it has an aged and time-worn patina to the leather (it is nicely worn all over; just the right amount of wear and repaired tears to the leather for this kind of original chair).  With an original, single loose cushion, spring based seat and set on 4 timber feet, this chair is seriously comfortable and the epitome of an effortless design classic with an abundance of aged charm & character.
