Home Counties Medium Leather Travel Trunk

Originally used by a high ranking officer of the Home Counties Regiment of the British Army, these original leather leather traveling trunks are magnificent. Once used for the storage and transportation of his personal possession, they date to the 1930s.  Having been professionally restored to their former glory and re-lined in a heavy duty navy blue cotton drill fabric, today they are in superb condition and fabulous repurposed as a side table or bedside table, even an ottoman, with the added benefit of storage.
