Pair of Queens Regiment Leather Travel Trunks

Originally used by a high-ranking officer within the Queens Regiment , otherwise known as The Buffs, of the British Army, this pair of original leather leather traveling trunks are magnificent. Once used for the storage and transportation of his personal possession, they date to the 1920s.  Having been professionally restored to its former glory and re-lined in a heavy duty navy blue cotton drill fabric, today it is in superb condition and fabulous repurposed as a coffee/side table or an ottoman, with the added benefit of storage. These original leather trunks are highly desirable, practical & decorative pieces of furniture that prove very popular with clients.
