Pair of Moustache Back Leather Club Chairs

Newly released in-store & on-line this original pair of French moustache back leather club chairs date to the late 1940s, early 1950s.  Of good, solid condition and smaller proportions, they feature a classic French moustache shaped back.  With the original leather to the body of both chairs, they show obvious signs of wear to the leather, but all in a rather handsome, aged way.  With new leather upholstered cushions (the righthand chair is newly upholstered by Quintessentials upholsterer, and the left at an earlier time), both chairs are extremely comfortable.  Set on 4 timber feet and with a removeable seat cushion, they are sold as a pair or individually.
