Originally used by a high-ranking officer within the Royal Army Pay CorpsĀ (RAPC) of the British Army (they were responsible for administering all financial matters), this original leather leather traveling trunk is magnificent. Of larger proportions, it was once used for the storage and transportation of his personal possessions and dates to the 1930s/40s. Having been professionally restored to its former glory and re-lined in a heavy duty navy blue fabric, today it is in superb condition and fabulous repurposed as a coffee table or an ottoman, with the added benefit of ample storage space.
