Salter Letter Balance

Original English Salter produced letter balance once used within English post offices.  Model No.11 weighs up to 24 oz with the pence postal rate for 1940 to 1952.  Dating to the 1940s and in excellent condition and working order, these Made In England scales have the original brass face and brass weigh plate.  A great decorative find.
