English pine timber step ladder of small proportions from the famed maker, Hatherley.  With 4 steps including the top, its is in good condition.  With a ‘skeleton’ frame construction, it is of smaller proportions and both decorative & practical.  Circa 1930s, hallmarked ‘The Hatherley’ step ladder.
