Vintage Indian Clubs No.2

Always a stylish and slightly quirky decorative feature in the home, discover our founder’s personal collection of Indian clubs that are now available for you to own.  Originally used as exercise equipment for developing strength, the so-called Indian clubs were in fact created in the Near East.  British colonists first came across the clubs in India, and erroneously referred to them as Indian clubs despite their Middle Eastern origin.  Having spent many years in the home of Leanne & Trent, this covetable collection of Indian clubs of various sizes and styles are now up for sale including this fabulous decorated stripe pair of timber clubs measuring 45cm in height.  Dating to the 1940s and in great condition and with the original painted stripes, they make for great decorative objects.
