Vintage Tram Bench

English tram bench circa 1930s.  An unusual find as the rest of the similar tram benches we found all have the moveable back rest and are longer in length.  This little oddity was more than likely used within a smaller space on a tram up against a side of the tram perhaps.  Constructed from pitch pine and with a cast iron base, it is in good, structurally sound condition.  Today it makes for a great hall bench.
